Kundaria Cancer Prevention Foundation
– Division of Rajkot Cancer Society
Kundaria cancer prevention foundation is an NGO working under umbrella of Rajkot cancer society since 2019. The aim of the NGO is to reduce cancer related deaths by education people about prevention and early detection of cancer.
More than 2,04,691 people have been educated so far by organizing more than 649 cancer awareness camps across saurashtra & kutch region of Gujarat.
Early detection daves lives! To promote early detection kundaria cancer prevention foundation – division of Rajkot cancer society offers mammograms and pap smear tests at subsidized rate. Since 2019 KCPF – Div. d RCS have performed 10,964 mammograms and 4828 pap smear tests to screen Breast and Cervical cancers respectively.
KCPF – Div of RCS started HPV vaccination awareness drive in 2020 and have administered 25,043 doses of HPV vaccines in urban and rural areas of saurashtra and kutch region of Gujarat. The NGO offers free vaccination to needy girls and offers HPV vaccination at subsidized rate to make it affordable to people.
